## Description

This striking console table showcases the rich character of authentic solid reclaimed Fir barn wood through a premium tung oil finish that brings out every grain pattern and natural marking. Standing at an impressive 42" tall with classic turned legs, this piece commands attention while the substantial 1½" thick plank top adds heirloom-quality craftsmanship you can see and feel.

**Premium Craftsmanship Features:**

- Two full-depth drawers for organized storage
- Substantial 1½" thick solid wood plank top - far thicker than standard furniture
- Open lower shelf for baskets, books, or decorative display
- Traditional turned legs add timeless architectural detail
- Hand-rubbed tung oil finish enhances the reclaimed Fir's natural warmth and character

**Dimensions:**

- 60" W × 42" H × 18" D
- Tall 42" height creates dramatic presence and works beautifully as a serving station
- Generous 18" depth provides ample surface and storage space

**Why Reclaimed Fir Barn Wood:**

Fir develops a distinctive patina over decades of use in barns and agricultural buildings. Each board tells a story through natural color variations, nail holes, and weathered character marks that make every console table truly one-of-a-kind. The tung oil finish protects the wood while letting its authentic beauty shine through.

**The Tung Oil Advantage:**

Unlike painted finishes, our hand-rubbed tung oil brings out the full depth of the reclaimed Fir's grain and color. This natural finish is food-safe, water-resistant, and easy to maintain - simply reapply tung oil every few years to refresh the look.

**Perfect For:**

- **Dining room sideboard** - Ideal 42" serving height with storage
- **Entryway statement piece** - Dramatic height creates welcoming presence
- **Living room console** - Display height perfect for lamps and artwork
- **Home bar or coffee station** - Comfortable standing height for entertaining

**Why the 42" Height:**

At 42" tall, this console sits at bar height - perfect for serving, entertaining, or creating a coffee station. The taller stature also adds vertical interest in rooms with high ceilings or above-standard wainscoting.

**Fully Customizable:**

We can adjust dimensions, drawer configuration, leg style, or wood species to match your needs. Every piece is handcrafted to order at our Nottingham, PA workshop.
