How Our Furniture Delivery Works
When you choose a piece from us, you're not just buying furniture, you're welcoming in something we designed, built, and finished with care. We take that responsibility seriously, right through to delivery. That's why we partner with a small network of trusted, fully insured, independent furniture shippers who specialize in blanket-wrapped, in-home service.
Why we don't use cheap freight
There are lower-cost freight options out there, but they're not built for heirloom furniture. We've all seen the horror-story reviews: dropped crates, chipped corners, boxes left in the rain. Our work deserves better, and so do you. Our private shippers move furniture every day, handle it by hand (not forklifts), and deliver it safely, undamaged, and exactly where you want it in your home.
Where we transport and deliver:
- We transport and deliver nationwide to all locations in Mainland U.S.
- We transport to U.S. Ports of entry for Canadian orders & U.S. coastal ports for off mainland or international orders. It is up to the customer to arrange pick-up from the U.S. based ports and arrange delivery to the desired destination.
Delivery options:
White-glove in-home delivery (most popular)
- Blanket-wrapped protection for transport
- In-home placement to the room of your choice
- Assembly included when needed
Curbside / Porch / Garage delivery (lower price)
- Blanket-wrapped for transport
- No in-home placement or assembly
- Delivered to your porch, yard, or placed in your garage
How delivery pricing works
Delivery cost is based on:
- Size & weight of the piece(s)
- How much space they occupy on the truck
- Destination ZIP code
Because our shippers plan routes for safe, efficient runs, the quote you receive reflects your furniture's footprint and where it's headed. Share your ZIP code and the pieces you're considering, and we'll provide a clear estimate before we schedule.
What to expect after your order is ready
- Scheduling call: Our delivery partner will reach out to you to coordinate a date and window.
- Day-of delivery communication: You'll get updates as they get close. Someone will need to be present at scheduled delivery time including curbside delivery.
- Careful delivery: Your furniture arrives blanket-wrapped and is either brought inside, placed, and assembled (white-glove) or if you choose curbside delivery it will be placed outside the home, on a porch or in a garage.
- Final check: For white-glove deliveries, we make sure everything looks perfect before we leave.
How to prepare for delivery day
- Measure doorways, stairs, and hallways.
- Clear a path to the room where your piece will live (white-glove in-home delivery).
- Let us know about any tight turns, elevators, or multiple flights of stairs so the team can plan accordingly.
- Keep pets safely tucked away while the team is moving large items.
- For curbside or porch deliveries, please plan for help moving your piece indoors.
A team we (and our customers) trust
We've worked with our delivery partners for years. They're courteous, communicative, and consistent—and our customers regularly tell us the delivery was as impressive as the furniture itself. That's exactly the experience we want for you.
