We primarily use diluted stains and oils for our tables. Since we work with reclaimed wood, the finishing process requires careful attention and finesse. We'll keep you updated throughout this process—see our blog post: The Art of Finishing Reclaimed Wood

Yes, we do offer financing via Shop Pay.
How it works: Select Shop Pay during checkout, then choose the option to pay in installments.
Payment plans:
- 4 bi-weekly payments: Split your purchase into 4 equal, bi-weekly payments. This option is typically interest-free with no hidden or late fees, often available for orders from $50 to $999.99. Your first payment is usually due at checkout or two weeks after purchase.
- Monthly payments: For larger orders (for example, $150 up to $17,500 or more), you may have the option to pay monthly over a longer period (such as 3, 6 or 12 months). These plans might include interest (APR).
Easy & transparent: Get a quick decision when you apply. You'll receive payment reminders, and there are no late fees. You can also pay off your balance early without penalties.
Powered by Affirm: Shop Pay Installments is offered in partnership with Affirm, who manages the loan and payments.

You can reach us through any of the following methods:
Solid Hardwood: We build our furniture using natural, American-grown, kiln-dried hardwood. Kiln drying helps stabilize the wood.
Low-Emission Glues: Our craftsmen use water-based glues selected for their low chemical content.
Low-VOC Finishes: We prioritize finishes specifically chosen for their low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content. Once a finish is fully cured (dried completely), the release of VOCs significantly diminishes.
We are now offering water-based finishes on select pieces: We are now offering a natural waterborne finish on many of our pieces—an advanced, eco-friendly choice that delivers exceptional protection and clarity. This finish rivals the durability of our catalyzed coatings (our standard) while significantly reducing VOC emissions for a healthier home and planet. Waterborne finishes dry quickly, resist yellowing, and beautifully showcase the wood’s true character, making them ideal for those who value both sustainability and lasting beauty. When selecting your new furniture, ask about this innovative waterborne option—it may be the perfect fit for your space.
Since individual sensitivities can vary greatly, the best way to ensure our furniture works for you is to test it yourself. We strongly recommend ordering a wood finish sample before placing your furniture order. This allows you to see how you react to the specific cured finish in your own environment.
We do not charge sales tax on out-of-state sales. Pennsylvania customers are charged sales tax.
We use White Pine, Yellow Pine, Fir, Red Oak, White Oak, and Chestnut in our reclaimed wood products that come from old barns in Pennsylvania and neighboring states. These woods are kiln-dried prior to crafting into furniture. Our new wood furniture is crafted exclusively from American hardwoods — oaks, maple, cherry, hickory, and walnut — and is also kiln dried.
Yes, that is our specialty—custom size furniture to fit your space; we also offer custom finishing.

Most custom orders take 8 to 12 weeks to complete, depending on the piece and time of year. We keep you updated during the building and finishing process.
- Reclaimed wood shows more grain and color variations
- Reclaimed wood has character marks such as dings, nail holes, saw marks and is all around more rustic and not as smooth as new wood.
- Reclaimed wood is inherently darker in color than new wood due to the age and exposure to the elements.
- Reclaimed wood is generally harder (even in the same species) as it is semi‑petrified and the other contributing factor is that chemicals were not used in the forests 100s of years ago. The chemicals today used in growing trees for wood furniture cause the wood to be a little softer.
- Each reclaimed wood furniture piece is completely unique due to the above listed attributes. No two pieces come out looking exactly alike.
Yes. Wood furniture is sensitive to extreme temperatures and humidity. Extreme dryness may cause shrinkage and cracking, while excessive humidity can cause swelling, warping, or joints to weaken. Maintain an indoor humidity level between 40% and 50% year-round, and avoid placing your furniture near heat sources or in direct sunlight to prevent damage.
Yes, we can hold your furniture for up to 45 days after it's completed. Should you require more than 45 days, please contact us.
We use traditional woodworking techniques that have stood the test of time for strength and durability. From hand-selecting premium wood to designing with time-honored joinery methods (the artful ways our craftsmen interlock and secure wood components for lasting strength) to applying durable finishes.
There are two factors that will determine what size table you will need: your available space and how many people you want to seat around the table most of the time.
